Online Data Deletion
You may request deletion of online leaderboard and related data created by Protect Gyeongbokgung, Cheonrok!
How to request deletion
If you can use the app, open the leaderboard and select Delete online data. This directly requests deletion of data linked to the current Firebase anonymous ID.
If you cannot access the app, email cheonrokhelp@gmail.com.
For an email request, include the public nickname, game mode (6 or 9), and displayed record time. Do not send a password, phone number, or payment information.
Data deleted
Once the relevant Firebase anonymous ID is verified, its public leaderboard entries, run-verification records, nickname reports it submitted or was the subject of, and online entitlements are deleted. Information that must be retained for legal compliance or dispute handling may be kept only for the necessary period.
Data stored on your device
Personal bests, trophies, and settings stored on your device are not removed by an online-data request. Clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove them.
Response
We will respond to an email request within a reasonable period. We may request more information if a nickname and record are not sufficient to verify the correct data safely.
